Happy New Year 2024! It's time for a quick but important LVL Edit update (this tool needs it).

Changelog:
- Important bug fix: delete selected object using backspace when value field has focus (backspace - delete object conflict),
- 0..9 to set snap to grid value (in placement mode and transform mode),
- Shift + mouse wheel to set grid marker placement orientation (no zoom when mouse wheel),
- UI: added more shortcuts to bottom hints bar,
- UI: tooltips in viewport,
- UI changes.
